Table Manners

This site was long overdue for a new hip hop mix, and I was well aware of this. So I decided to finally lay down a new mix of chillness for your headphones. It’s a little rough around the edges, but…

cameronmoll:

This is a really fantastic, well-shot piece. And the resulting portrait definitely wasn’t what I was anticipating.

In all this work, and all the usage, and all the trials, and all the tweaks, I’ve spotted a pattern. Things that look good at the end of the day often don’t look good the next morning.

The end of the day has a way of convincing you what you’ve done is good. The next morning has a way of telling the you truth.

Jason Fried on Morning tells the truth.

I 100% agree with him. I feel my best as a designer first thing in the morning.
